Bay State Brawlers Roller Derby announces our next new recruit bootcamp, a 16-class program where aspiring skaters and skating officials become derby all-stars! If you miss team sports, are looking for a good workout, or want to challenge yourself in a new way while making friends, derby is for you!
No experience is required. The basic training program is designed to bring skaters and skating officials up to a full-contact or skating official skill level. We will teach you everything from skating basics to proper falling, stopping, and hitting, to the ins and outs of the rules of the sport. Just bring your enthusiasm and protective gear, and we’ll help you with the rest.Ā
Upon registering, all participants will receive a packet of information with full requirements and everything to expect in class. If you have questions or would like more information, send an e-mail with your contact information to join@baystatebrawlers.com.

The schedule will be posted by the first of the month, and any changes to the schedule will be communicated immediately and before practice.
