EVENTS ARE RAIN OR SHINE. The Amphitheater is a grassy area with no permanent seats. Reserved seating is offered at select shows and low-profile chairs are available to rent on a concert-by-concert basis. Please check BENDCONCERTS.COM for specific seating information for each show. No outside food or beverage is allowed into the Amphitheater nor are professional-grade cameras and/or recording devices. This is a cashless venue and only clear bags that are 12-inches tall, 12-inches wide, with a depth of 6 inches or smaller are allowed in the Amphitheater. Small clutches that measure 6 inches by 9 inches or smaller are the lone exceptions to the clear bag policy.
For accessible seating, you may purchase an accessible ticket for either general admission or reserved seating. There is a designated area stage right for general admission accessible seating.
To accommodate accessible seating patrons, Hayden Homes Amphitheater allows wheelchair patrons and one companion to sit in a special reserved section at the Amphitheater. Wheelchair accessible patrons purchase a general admission ticket (even for shows with Golden Circle seating) and then when they arrive at the amphitheater they are directed to the seating area. In order to accommodate all of the wheelchair patrons, only one companion seat is allowed per wheelchair. Additional members of your party should sit in the general seating area. Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don’t need to do a thing. We’ll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
