The HighGrade Reggae Festival in the High Desert of Southern California is designed to give that ONE LOVE EXPERIENCE, bringing people together from all walks of life. Celebrating Reggae and Cannabis together is the vision of the great Bob Marley and Peter Tosh world renowned Reggae Stars. This is why we created the HighGrade Reggae Festival for that purpose.
