Rebels & Royals: A Shakespeare Event Friday, August 29 7:00pm – Community share 7:30pm – Show begins Co-produced by The Bridge Initiative and ASU Kerr Curated by The Bridge Initiative and Arizona Actors Academy Get ready for a raucous, reverent, and revelatory evening of Shakespeare! Join a stellar cast of performers from across Arizona – including professional actors and standout students from Arizona Actors Academy – for a one-night celebration of the Bard’s most beloved scenes, sonnets, snippets, and surprises. From tragic heroes to mischievous lovers, this is Shakespeare as it was meant to be: bold, alive, and deeply human. And… you can participate! Starting at 7:00, we will host a 30-minute open mic for the community. Bring your favorite bard snippets to share.
Accessible seating is available on the upper level in both reserved and general admission sections. There are no escalators or elevators.
