Persephone has been brewing and building community on The Coast now for 12 years this August, and we want YOU to help us celebrate! Our Chef Eddie has created a culinary adventure into the world of Mexican cuisine and is lovingly preparing a feast of his favourite dishes for us to enjoy.These are authentic Mexican delights made by Eddie and his family and will be served buffett style between the hours of 4-8pm.
Menu includes: Tortilla Soup, Chicken red Mole, Cochinita Pibil, Tikin Xic ( fish in achiote sauce ), Chicken Tinga, Acapulco Style Shrimp Ceviche, Red Rice with Chicken, Pork with Blackbean Sauce, Churros.This will be a fiesta, done up Persephone style, so wear your funky, colourful party gear to help bring the vibes!
