Accessible Seating Information for Other Soldier Field events: Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster. Do NOT contact the Chicago Bears for accessible seating information on non-Bears events at Soldier Field
Accessible seating, mobility, sight & hearing impaired seating is available in all price levels. ADA seating locations may vary depending on the type of show and configuration of each event. In general, ADA accessible seating is located at the back of seating sections on 100, 200 and 300 Levels of the bowl. For concerts, a raised ADA platform is provide for accessible seating on the floor. Ticketmaster sales of accessible seating is limited to MAXIUM of (4) tickets. Handicapped accessible elevators are located in the North Parking Garage, the United Club, the South Courtyard, and West Mezzanine.
Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don’t need to do a thing. We’ll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days.
