-2 blankets
-yoga mat
-journal & pen
-EMPTY BELLY (eat 1-2 hours before)
-eye pillow/cover
-dress in loose clothing for acupunture
-if you have something you’d like to place on an alter ( a feaher, a picture, a crystal) we make so it gets charged up, bring it!
