Single Mom Strong Mom’s Day Out: Murals of Sacramento Tuk Tuk Tour at EmpowerME- Arden – Sacramento, CA

Enjoy a fun-filled day with a Tuk-Tuk mural tour and time to explore Old Sacramento!

Hop aboard a Capital Tuk-Tuk and explore the city’s colorful, creative side with your Single Mom Strong village. Thanks to the Wide Open Walls festival, Sacramento streets are home to stunning murals. This unique Mom’s Day Out is a chance to connect, unwind, and explore together. Your ticket includes a coffee and a pastry from Blue Print Coffee Project.

To make the most of the day, participants will be divided into two groups according to their tour time. While one group sets off on the Tuk-Tuk mural tour, the other will explore the charm of historic Old Sacramento—strolling along the waterfront and through fun shops like Candy Heaven. Then, the groups will switch, so everyone gets to experience both parts of this memorable outing.

Please arrive on time to ensure you’re placed with your group and don’t miss a moment of the fun!

What is a Tuk-Tuk?

A three-wheeled, motorized vehicle commonly found in Southeast Asia, Tuk-Tuks are a fun, open-air way to see the sights. They’re comfortable, convenient, and full of character—just like this tour! All participants are required to sign a waiver.

• Allow extra time for parking. Parking in Old Sacramento can be challenging.
• Please arrive on time to participate.
• If you are utilizing childcare, you must arrive at EmpowerME Arden by 9:15 AM to check children into childcare. (500 Arden Way – the clubhouse adjacent to Woodlake Park) .
• If you are not utilizing childcare, you can meet the group at Blueprint Coffee Project by 9:45 AM (1200 2nd St, Sacramento, CA 95814)

Each month, Single Mom Strong offers 3–4 opportunities to connect with other local single mothers. One of those opportunities is our monthly Mom’s Night (or Day) Out event—your chance to “refill your cup” and build relationships with women who truly understand your journey. These events offer fun, shared experiences in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Licensed childcare is available during all Mom’s Night (or Day) Out events, but space is limited and fills quickly—register early to reserve your spot.

If you are utilizing childcare, you must arrive by 9:15 AM at EmpowerME Arden (500 Arden Way – the clubhouse adjacent to Woodlake Park) to check children into childcare. Childcare includes a snack.

• Single Mom Strong hosts events for single moms and their children. If you are not a single mom, your registration will not be honored. Thank you for respecting and supporting our mission to empower single moms.
