Step into the sizzling energy of Thailand’s street food scene in this hands-on cooking class packed with bold flavors and fun techniques. You’ll learn how to roll delicate fresh spring rolls, stir-fry classic Pad Thai from scratch, and grill perfectly marinated chicken satay with creamy peanut sauce. Then finish the night with a sweet finale — homemade mango sticky rice with coconut cream and fresh mango.
We’ll kick things off with crisp Thai cucumber bites and a welcome drink, then guide you dish by dish through a full Thai feast you’ll be proud to plate. Wine will be available for guests 21 and over, non-alcoholic beverages will also be served.
You’ll make:
– Fresh spring rolls with herbs and vermicelli
– Stir-fried Pad Thai with tamarind, lime, and peanuts
– Thai chicken satay with peanut sauce
About the Location
This class is held at our teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street in Salt Lake City. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and all tools required. Please wear closed toe shoes. There is no minimum experience required. We often take photos during class to share on social media and on our website. Please let us know if you want to opt out.
