You accept full responsibility for your conduct and agree to behave respectfully toward all attendees, staff, and property. Anyone acting inappropriately or violating event rules may be removed without refund at the discretion of the organizers.

Photo, Video, and Media Release
By attending, you grant the event organizers and their representatives permission to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, and/or appearance in photos, video recordings, or other media taken during the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes including but not limited to social media, websites, printed materials, and future event marketing. You understand that these materials become the property of the event organizers and that you will not receive any compensation for their use.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to notify the photographer or event staff upon arrival.
