Information: We will get cozy, sip tea, and enjoy a seated guided meditation while listening to the sounds of crystal singing bowls. Kayla will guide us through some gentle stretches at the end to guide us back into the beautiful space and into the rest of our night. Bring a pillow or block, and blanket for comfort.
