Biography:
Dr. Jun Hu is a licensed acupuncturist in California and holds a PhD from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. With over three decades of clinical and academic experience, she is a recognized expert in the integrative treatment of endocrine and thyroid disorders. Her pioneering research on Graves’ disease has earned her national recognition for blending acupuncture with conventional medical therapies.
Dr. Hu previously served as a professor and chief physician at the Shanghai University of TCM and as Vice President of Yueyang Hospital. She continues to shape the global conversation around acupuncture through international lectures and leadership in professional organizations. Additionally, she is the executive producer of Acupuncture Fever, a documentary chronicling the path to acupuncture legalization in California.
