GUYYSSS… YOU MUST TRY THIS! We are from Indiana but staying in a Vrbo in Vegas and booked Cerviche with Chef Luna! She came to OUR place, brought us her own professional tools and utensils, had our meat/veggies/fruits washed, fitted us with traditional-handsewn aprons from Mexico, and delighted us with her enthusiasm and talent for cooking authentic Mexican cuisine! From the way she set up our working stations detailing how to choose/hold/slice our vegetables and fruits, to the arrangement of our final meal presentation in front of us, Chef Luna immersed and educated us on the fine cooking her home country! Because I have a sugar- free diet, she switched out the scheduled dessert and replaced it by teaching us how to create my NOW MOST FAVORITE smoked pepper salsa “Salsa Macha”.
