Facials & Feedback is a hands-on networking experience where licensed estheticians team up and swap facials, offering each other honest, real-time, constructive feedback on technique, flow, pressure, product / equipment usage, in a supportive, collaborative setting. Share what you love, suggest what could be better, and pick up new tips and tricks to bring back to your own spa. It’s your chance to see your own service through a client’s eyes – and help a peer glow up their skills, too.

• Thuy Nguyen, Co-Founder, Financial Coach – co-founder & wealth strategist for Bloomstreet Wealth and Equity Partners, is passionate about transforming the way individuals approach their financial futures. Inspired by a critical gap in the financial industry that often sidelines personal growth. She founded Bloomstreet Partners to deliver holistic support within a collaborative ecosystem of financial planners. Join Thuy at Facials & Feedback, where she will share insights on building confidence to overcome financial anxiety.

• Joe Glow, Facial massage expert and 2x First Place Winner – The Skin Games: Facial Massage Category. Joe will be offering a live demo, featuring some of his signature facial massage techniques – practical movements you can immediately apply in your own treatments. He will also be giving real time guidance during the facial swap sessions, offering in-the-moment feedback and personalized technique corrections – a roaming master in action, guiding attendees with subtle tweaks and insights.

We’ll wrap up the evening by coming together over cocktails to reflect on what we learned, share our favorite tips, tricks, and takeaways from the night.
