This immersive experience combines sound healing, guided meditation, breathwork, and intention setting to help you release what no longer serves you and invite in renewal. The Flower Moon in May is a perfect time for spiritual growth and transformation. An opportunity to connect with your higher self to find peace and clarity within. A celebration of the beauty of nature and the growth of new life. Creating a sense of renewal and rebirth within, and allowing yourself to release anything that isn’t serving your highest purpose.

The Chakra Tune-Up harnesses the energy of the full moon and assists with moving and releasing stagnant energy from our subtle energetic body. Consciously moving blocked energy creates fluidity within our chakra system, allowing us to plant new seeds of intention.

Chakras (meaning wheel in Sanskrit) are conduits for receiving, assimilating, and transmitting energy throughout our entire body. When your chakras are aligned they create the space for energy to flow freely within and around the body. This alignment promotes physical and mental well-being as well as vitality and harmony. Energy flow is crucial for your health, happiness, and harmony within your environment. Balancing the energy can bring greater happiness, health, love, prosperity, and a sense of well-being.

When our chakras are blocked, they disrupt our vital energy, causing physical, mental, and emotional discomfort or pain. The seven main chakras pertain to specific body functions, strengths, and weaknesses. Releasing stale or blocked energy within these centers will help bring the body back into balance, creating a sense of peace and harmony.
