A tropical-themed picnic is a celebration of island culture, hospitality, and the natural beauty that surrounds us. It’s a reminder to embrace the spirit of aloha and savor each moment in paradise.

You MUST submit a permit application to the City and County (Parks@honolulu.gov) at least 3 weeks before your desired picnic date, and list Isle of Events as your “tent rental” vendor (we can send you a link to sign the application virtually, if needed). Once approved, please send your approved permit to Isle of Events to finalize your booking.
