Our Men’s Tantric Yoga class is about guys of all ages, shapes, and backgrounds coming together to celebrate what their beautiful bodies can do – Stripping free of the stories we tell with our clothing and finding freedom and love in the imperfection of our truest form. 

In this all levels candlelit class backed by music, we’ll flow through a grounding sequence of floor based postures as we build heat, strength, and flexibility in the body. Our journey will take place completely down on the mats, focusing on deep stretches and long holds designed to open the hips and heart for our Tantric exploration.
