Turn off and drop in for an immersive, meditative headphone experience.
Taking you on a deeply relaxing, musical, restorative & hypnotic journey through the subconscious mind via state-of-the-art wireless headphones – helping to clear old blocks, limiting beliefs and vulnerabilities as we replace them with new positive suggestions. 

As the mind and body deeply relaxes, we will help to short circuit looping thoughts, self-doubt and old worn-out cycles that no longer benefit us as we return to presence and a higher awareness, that helps us to open up to a new and better path forwards towards change, healing and growth.  

This session will induce a new sense of inner connection and awareness of how you want to show up and be seen in the world, as the positive suggestions will go with you even after the session has ended as they will have become embedded automatically into you the subconscious mind.
What to expect: 

Guided meditation with headphones
Reflection/journaling
Bring a journal and pen. Recommended: eye mask, small pillow and blanket

Facilitated by Gina Hemmings – RTT Hypnotherapist, Meditation Coach

Gina is the founder of Mindrop, with a wealth of experience working one-to-one with clients and helping them transform their lives both physically and mentally, Gina’s focus is predominantly as a certified RTT hypnotherapist, having trained with Marisa Peer, the world-renowned hypnotherapist in Rapid Transformational Therapy.
Gina works with private clients one-on-one online, as well as offering headphone music/hypnosis for webinar’s and group classes. As a meditation guide, she is also a teacher on the Unplug app (www.unplug.com).
