The Miami Takeover’s 3-day signature weekend includes the backdrop of palm trees, sun, and beaches of South Beach; discovering Heritage neighborhoods in Miami; hands-on local community service events and signature nightlife events and parties.
Our packages also provide free time to relax and unwind. We have taken your feedback into consideration and have a line up for our 14th year that will guarantee an entertaining weekend.
The Miami TakeOver is produced by The WK&F Group and VP Productions Travel annually in Miami, during the month of July. Since its inception in 2007, this signature weekend has created a unique travel niche for young Urban professional, and taste-makers who “takeover” South Beach and Miami for a weekend of parties and networking. Attendees also have the opportunity to give back to the community by participating in two community outreach projects: a beach clean-up and a dental screening for kids at the Overtown Youth Foundation. Miami Takeover has hosted notable personalities such as R&B singer Trey Songz, actress Sanaa Lathan, comedian Dave Chappelle and rapper MC Lyte, just to name a few.
14th ANNUAL MIAMI TAKEOVER WEEKEND LINE-UP & ITINERARY (Events, locations and time subject to change due to restrictions associated with local COVID-19 protocols):
1. Friday July 15th – Welcome to Miami Meet & Greet @ Marseilles Hotel | 5pm – 8pm
• Food & Drinks will be available for purchase
• Since you have The 3 Day Weekend Party Pass you have everything you need
• Proceed to the expedited access point for express entry
2. Friday July 15th – Miami Nights : All White @ TBD | 10:00pm – 3:00am
• Since you have The 3 Day Weekend Party Pass you have everything you need
• Proceed to the expedited access point for express entry

3. Saturday July 16th – 2nd Annual Golf Classic @ TBD | 1:00pm – 5:00pm
• Event is NOT INCLUDED IN THE PARTY PASS

4. Saturday July 16th – The Pop-Up Pool Party @ TBD
• Since you have The 3 Day Weekend Party Pass you have everything you need
• This is a Pool Party, dress accordingly
• A Cash Bar and Full Menu will be available for customers
• Hookah will be available for purchase
• No outside food, beverages or beverage containers will be allowed into the venue. Book bags will be searched and unapproved contents will be disposed of

5. Sunday July 17th – Community Service Beach Sweep @ Royal Palm Hotel Beach Entrance
