Check out our last hike!

We start at 10am! We stretch for about 10 minutes to get warmed up. At 10:10, we step off! Afterwards, we go to a restaurant in the area, eat, drink, and continue to grow new connections! This has been absolutely a fantastic experience for people who don’t like large crowds, who has never hiked, and who are new to the city…. to get out and meet folks, have fun, and get the much-needed happy vitamin aka Vitamin Sunshine aka Vitamin D!

8801 Glenwood Ave is the entrance

Turn onto Umstead keep straight for 1.1 mi

Left on Maintenance for 500 ft

Rt on Group Camp Rd .03 mi

Left on Sycamore drive for 1/2 mi

It will lead you to the gravel parking lot

Signs to the Sycamore Cabins will also get you there once in the park.

If you get there late, start at the trailhead and follow the signs that says “log art.”

We will be walking 25-30 min out and 25-30min back to the trailhead.

We will be stopping for photo opps at the log!
