Yoga Nidra: A Deep Meditation Experience

Enter a state of profound relaxation and expanded awareness through Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation practice designed to gently open the subconscious mind. This session will include very light movement, followed by extended rest and inner exploration—with the added healing power of gong sound therapy to support nervous system release and energetic integration.

This is a space to soften self-protection, clear limiting beliefs, and restore alignment with your deeper self. All levels are welcome. No physical experience is necessary.

What to Bring:

– Wear comfortable clothing

– Bring water, a journal for insights, and any personal comfort items (shawl, crystals, eye pillow, etc.)

The yoga practice will be led by Ivy Overby, a certified Radiant Body Yoga teacher 200hr RYT , Kundalini Rebirthing Teacher 100hr, and a certified and trauma informed Integrative Breathwork Facilitator. Ivy is also a hairdresser/entreprenuer of 32 years and a natural skincare formulator. She empowers others in the areas of Embodied Leadership, the path of 12 step recovery and Collective Consciousness. She is a Kriyavan and Kundalini yoga pracitioner, and is passionate about using the power of breath and movement to deeply connect with the energetic body. She’s a Colorado native and loves her 3 cats, time in the mountains and discovering natural hot springs.
