Twelve years after releasing her debut album of jazz standards, Curiosity, and ten years after joining the Capital Region jazz scene, critically-acclaimed Capital Region vocalist Kaitlyn Fay is releasing a 14-track album featuring jazz standards with newly-crafted lyrics, favorites from the Great American Songbook, and a few original songs and collaborations. This long-anticipated album, recorded and produced by Keith Pray, features Dave Gleason (piano) and Wyatt Ambrose (guitar), each in a variety of duo arrangements with Fay. This album release concert will include performances of arrangements from the album as well as additional original songs and jazz standards. CDs will be available for purchase at the show (and CDs will be available for pick-up at the show for those who have pre-ordered the album through their contribution to the project fundraiser).
