Grand Tailgate Party at Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa – Point Clear, AL

Labor Day weekend is our official transition into autumn, better known as Football Season in the South! Join us Saturday evening in the Azalea Ballroom for a tailgate party featuring the SEC evening game. No need for a last-minute scramble to make dinner plans- there’s plenty of options for the whole team. For the heavy hitters: beef sliders, wings right off our grill or build your nachos and tots! If you’re playing strong safety, our chop chop salad or fresh fruit skewers. For the creole cuisine lovers, we have our own Point Clear, Alabama’s version of Gumbo and Seafood Jambalaya. We didn’t forget about the special teams: grilled brussels sprouts makes a great pairing for our Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches; sure to score a few extra points. But don’t give up before it’s over! There’s always time for a Hail Mary at the sugary bites to include marshmallow brownie bites and double doozy cookies. Games will be available for the kiddos (young and old). Tables and seating will be reception style.
