Chowder is an institution in New England! Did you know there are even laws dictating what is constituted as a proper chowder? Any classic chowder is truly one of the most satisfying dishes, whether it’s winter or summer.
In this hands-on class, Chef Ted will teach you how to make a traditional corn chowder as well as how to create a breadless (and breathless!) scallop-crab cake.
Tailored to your level of expertise, this is an opportunity to fine-tune your culinary skills with a personalized experience and education, plus you’ll eat what you make!
Come join us for a relaxed and fun lesson as well as enjoy our beloved Back of the Moon retreat. Weather depending, weâll light a fire or you can dine on the deck.
