MYERS-WESTON-MOORE FAMILY REUNION
August 8 – 10th, 2025
Come join us for a weekend of fun, laughter, and catching up with relatives at Gosnold’s Hope Park! This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with family members, share stories, and make new memories together. Whether you’re a Myers, Weston, Moore, or part of another branch of the family tree, all are welcome to attend. Don’t miss out on this chance to strengthen family bonds and celebrate our shared heritage.
Date: August 8th-10th, 2025
Family Dues:
– Adults (ages 14 and up): $30 per person
– Children (ages 5-14): $15 per person
– Children 4 & under: Free of charge
Tshirts(Due by July 8th)
Adult sizes: $15
Youth sizes $10
– All family dues must be paid **30 days before** the annual reunion to ensure proper planning for food, drinks, utensils, rentals, etc.
Family dues will cover:
– Food and drinks for the entire weekend
– Rental fees for equipment and venue space
– Family reunion shirts for all paid participants
-Decorations, snacks, activities
Reunion Schedule:
Friday:
– Gathering at a common location to reconnect, chat, distribute family reunion shirts, and enjoy each other’s company.
Saturday:
– Family Field Day at the park with varied fun activities, carnival stands, and more.
Sunday:
– Final day of gathering, which will include a family prayer and brunch to conclude the weekend.
Rules and Regulations:
– Full payment required: All dues must be paid in full to participate in the family reunion. No exceptions will be made.
– Non-participation policy:If dues are not paid, the individual will not be able to participate in the reunion. There are no exceptions.
– No refunds: If a family member pays their dues but does not attend the reunion, their payment is forfeited. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Non-relatives:
– Non-relatives (friends, spouses, etc.) are welcome to attend the reunion but must also pay the required dues to participate.
This structure is designed to ensure a smooth, well-organized reunion for everyone, with clear responsibilities and expectations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
