Get ready to shake, sweat, and have fun. This 60-minute bodyweight sculpt class combines yoga-inspired movement with strength and endurance work for a full-body burn.

Expect good music, community, and the kind of workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized. All fitness levels are welcome. Just bring a mat, water, and good vibes.
