3:00-6:00 PM – Lecture, Self-palpation, Breathwork, & Self-care

6:00-6:30 PM – Dinner(Provided)

6:30-8:30 PM – Hands-on Techniques

Day 2:

8:30-8:45 AM – Warm-up

8:45 AM-12:30 PM – Hands-on Techniques, Client-to-therapist Palpation, Draping, & Implementing Breathwork(Partner 1)

12:30-1:00 PM – Lunch(Not provided)

1:00-1:15 PM – Warm-up

1:15-5:00 PM – Hands-on Techniques, Client-to-therapist Palpation, Draping, & Implementing Breathwork(Partner 2)
