Meldrop w/ Twin Suns at The Argo – Whitefish Bay, WI

Meldrop is a five-piece indie rock group hailing from Tacoma, WA. Their journey began unexpectedly in the fall of 2022, as a group of bussers from a local seafood joint decided to unwind with a jam session after work. The immediate connection that emerged from that impromptu jam lit a spark that has since propelled the band into the heart of the Seattle music scene and beyond.

Anchored by Elijah Tuncap on drums, Aidan Maggi on bass, and Aidan Goodman on keys, the intricate guitar interplay between River Esqueda and Kirran Medchill enriches their sound with depth and texture. Their undeniable chemistry, in combination with a palette of influences ranging from J-pop to the blues, has resulted in a sound that is truly their own.

Their newly released sophomore EP, Melodaze, reflects the band’s sonic maturation as they’ve continued to ascend the Seattle scene. Building on the sound of their original self-titled EP, the new project provides a fresh perspective anchored in raw storytelling, tackling issues from heartbreak to mental health.

Doors at 7:00pm. Show at 7:30pm. Full bar service will be available throughout the show, with the kitchen being open 4-close.
