Refund Policy

At Fiesta Latina Nueva York & DrinkUpinNYC, operated by Fiesta Latina Media Group LLC, all ticket sales for our events are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including changes in plans, weather conditions, illness, or missed departures.

However, we allow ticket transfers to another event date if the request is made at least 72 hours before the original event date. Transfers are subject to availability and can only be completed once. To request a transfer, email fiestalatinanuevayork@gmail.com with your original ticket details (name, event date, and ticket number) and your preferred new date. We will confirm availability and process your request within 48 hours.

If Fiesta Latina Media Group LLC cancels or reschedules an event, you will be notified and given the option to transfer your tickets or receive a full refund.
