In this exclusive post show experience, you and your family will have the opportunity to make a lasting memory of your visit by taking a photo alongside characters from ELMO AND FRIENDS SAY HELLO! Here’s how it works: Photo Experience ticket purchasers should go to the Will Call window at the Box Office on the show day to pick up their photo experience passes and after-show instructions. Each adult and child in a group must have a Photo Experience ticket to attend and participate in the Photo Experience. The Photo will start shortly after the end of show. Please make sure to bring your camera, as you will want to capture every moment! *Admission to the performance is not included in the Photo Experience ticket. This is a separate upgrade that must be purchased in advance *Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian. Each Child, Parent or Guardian must have a show ticket as well as a Photo Experience ticket to attend.

Tickets located in our accessible section can be purchased online at livenation.com. Our box office is not equipped to take ticket orders over the phone and our website is the only method to purchase tickets. Our accessible seating area can reach capacity early. Our Accessible section on the floor is left of the stage. There is a ramp on the left-hand side of the theater doors on the main level. Due to the historic nature of the building, the Loge and Mezzanine are accessible by stairs only. To find tickets in the Accessible Seating Area of The Wiltern, select the Filters icon on the upper right of the page where you see available tickets. You will be shown your seat location once the ticket is selected.

Parents, please note that while most children are excited to meet their favorite characters up-close, others can feel frightened.
