Manhattan In-Person Department of Transportation (DOT) 4-hour Flagger Class
 Earn your Flagger card for the bargain price of only $150. Make yourself more hireable if you’re looking for work, and if you already have a job, make yourself invaluable to your team with your Flagger certification.  Flagger training and certification.From New York State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications:“Flagger Training. All flaggers shall be adequately trained in flagging operations by recognized training programs, including the American Traffic Safety Services Association, the National Safety Council, unions, or construction industry associations, or by an individual who holds a current certification as a flagger training instructor from such a program. Prior to the start of flagging operations, the Contractor shall provide to the Engineer a list of certified flaggers to be used in the operation, identifying the source of flagger training for each individual. When requested by the Engineer, flaggers shall demonstrate their competency in flagging procedures. Flaggers not competent in flagging procedures shall be retrained or replaced at once.”
NYST Flagger instructors hold current American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) certification as a flagger training instructor. Every student who successfully completes this course will receive a photo ID DOT Flagger card valid for work in New York City and throughout the United States.$140 Universe ticket (plus processing fee)
